Responsibility: Software Development Engineer Intern

During the 12 weeks internship I have worked with the Reliable Messaging team, and have implemented a protocol refresh in WCF that would make it compatible with both WS-RM 1.0 and WS-RM 1.1 standards. Also I have designed and developed a mechanism that would allow side-by-side execution of both protocols in WCF.

Responsibility: Team Lead in the Technical University of Cluj-Napoca

Starting with the first year of my academic life, I joined the Microsoft Development and Research Center in the Technical University of Cluj-Napoca. Currently I am the Team Lead in the Microsoft Student-Partners Program in my University. During this period I coordinated the local team of Microsoft Student-Partners in numerous activities, presentations, workshops and hands-on labs within our University.

Responsibility: Trainer

In collaboration with the Romanian Ministry for Education and Microsoft Romania, I held a 10 day training course for high-school informatics teachers covering subjects as Object Oriented Programming, Visual Application development using C# and Web Applications Development using ASP.NET 2.0. As part of my responsibilities I worked within the team that wrote the teaching support materials for this course.

The Microsoft | Academic Tour 4.0 event focused on the future web technologies covering the presentation and data layers of web applications. In the presentation I held the event Key-Note and a deep dive into ADO.NET Web Data Services in Microsoft .NET (Project Astoria).
